This Privacy Policy explains how SweepsKiwi.com ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1) What we collect
- Account details: name/username, email, password (hashed), age/eligibility confirmations, preferences.
- Gameplay & app/website telemetry: entries, win/loss events, feature usage, session times, crash logs, performance data.
- Device & identifiers: IP address, device/browser info, approximate location (from IP), cookie IDs, advertising/analytics identifiers where enabled.
- Payments/verification (if used): transaction references, payment status; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: support messages, emails, and records of consents/opt-outs.
2) How we use information
- Provide and secure the service, administer promotions/sweepstakes, and verify eligibility.
- Operate accounts, process transactions, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
- Analytics, testing and product improvement (including aggregated reporting).

9) Children
Our services are not intended for children who are not eligible under our rules. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
10) Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
