Social-casino notice: Games use virtual coins/tokens only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable, and there is no cash-out. The Service does not offer winnings, prizes, or rewards of real-world value.

1) Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.

2) Virtual items

Virtual coins, points, and in-game items are licensed to you for entertainment. We may modify, revoke, or reset virtual balances to maintain integrity, comply with law, or correct errors.

3) Prohibited conduct

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/automation, or interfering with the Service.
Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringing others’ rights.
Attempting to buy, sell, transfer, or redeem virtual items for money or anything of value.
Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without permission.

4) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, games, software, branding, and content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as provided.

5) Service changes, suspension & termination

We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, security issues, policy breaches, or legal compliance. Upon termination, licences end and access may be removed.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable).

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepsKiwi Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Disputes, governing law & venue

Contact us first to try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, and venue in Auckland, New Zealand.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
